The former EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so no link is given. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board under the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (§ 36 VSBG).
