“OpenBusinessERP” is a trademark of DataDrivenConstruction. The AGPL grants no trademark rights. How you may use the name for unmodified software, forks and services is set out in the trademark policy (TRADEMARK.md).

Third-party trademarks

Third-party product and company names are used only to describe interfaces and file formats (nominative use). DATEV is a registered trademark of DATEV eG. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners. There is no affiliation with the owners and they do not endorse OpenBusinessERP; no certification is claimed by their mention.
